Oceanview Services Ltd is a British family run Company Registered and operated in Cyprus. We came to Cyprus with a vision and a game plan to be The Best Management Rental Company on the Island.

Who We Are

Having spent 20 years running businesses in a UK Tourist Resort and 5 years in Florida running a Management Rental Co, we moved to Cyprus in July 2004.

We now have firmly established ourselves as leaders in Management & Rentals in Protaras & Agia Napa Areas.

Our attention to detail and our understanding of the rental market driven by our marketing skills is the reason why we have so many satisfied customers from all over the world already.

What We Offer

On a day to day basis, the Oceanview services office staff will handle the general administration and running or your Cyprus Villa. Our offices are equipped with modern computers with specialized Property Management software for Accounting and Reservation Services.

For the 2007 Season the Reservation Office will be open 24 Hours a day -7 Days a week. No matter what the problem it will be sorted promptly, efficiently and without fuss. We offer a 24 hour key collection service.

All this for less than 50c a Day


Pool Maintenance

We take pool cleaning very seriously it’s not as some would lead you to believe, simply to brush or vac the bottom.

Our pool technicians have completed intensive courses in water chemistry and understand the mechanics behind the pumping & filtration system.

Therefore you can rely on us to maintain a sparkling safe pool for your enjoyment.

We recommend our 5 star service as there are no extra costs all chemicals are provided and at least 2 visits per week in the summer and more if necessary to keep your pool safe and your guests happy.

During your pool visit we do our security checks throughout your villa all year round.



House Keeping

Our House Keeping staff will take great pride in preparing your villa back to show standards looking like it has never been lived in;

we know the importance of first impressions when you or your guests arrive: "The WOW Factor"

Our 5 Star Service covers all general cleaning: including vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, dusting & polishing throughout the villa.

The laundry goes to a largest professional company in the area (sheets & towels e.t.c.)All villas are inspected by our management team at least once a month to maintain our high standards that we are very proud of.


Guest 24-7

Within 24 hours of their arrival we can visit your guests and explain where and how to operate everything in your villa.

We also issue them with our VIP cards with our emergency number on they may call this number Day or Night for Assistance. These cards can also be presented at various restaurants etc for discounts.

Our office may be contacted for any problems or info throughout their stay and to retrieve email - faxes or telephone messages from around the world

Your clients are important to us and we take immense pride in presenting your villa and our company to their fullest potential so your guests leave with the utmost praise and looking forward to their return.


Interior and Exterior Maintenance

It is imperative that your new dream home remains in tip top condition, poor maintenance can leave your home depreciating not appreciating.

Our round the clock maintenance teams are ready to handle any problem
no matter how big or small.

If we find a problem that needs fixing we will send you a written quote for your approval before we fix it.
If your house or equipment is covered with written guarantees we will instruct the relevant companies on your behalf and inspect the job when finished and report back to you.



Every month your house will be inspected by our Maintenance dept.

 

All plumbing inc. toilets and taps, smoke detectors, light bulbs replaced, air condition filters will be changed or cleaned and any problems found we will email a report with photos(if necessary) direct to you.

 

Security checks on your home will be carried out every week throughout the year for your peace of mind. Solar panels will be cleaned 3 times a year and roofs inspected for leaks e.t.c. call outs during the month to replace bulbs are covered in the monthly maintenance charge.

All this for less than 50c a day.




Our highly successful reservation program includes direct marketing by Oceanview through our own highly rated Website.

We also advertise in European Travel Brochures, and spend many thousands of Pounds advertising through various websites.

We have also teamed up with wedding coordinators, realtors, travel agents etc. New contracts are continuously sought to increase occupancy for the homes managed by Oceanview Villas.

Reservations are often taken at the last minute; you are always notified immediately a booking is secured via email or telephone or text to keep you informed.


Owner Account

Utilities, along with Management and Maintenance charges are taken from your funds held in our Owner Account.
Each month we ask that this account be established and maintained at a minimum balance of £500cy.

We account to you, the owner, each month for all charges against your home and ask that you top up your account in a timely manner; if necessary, in order to meet the following month's charges.

Late payment of utilities will lead to disconnection fees and disrupted services which will cause embarrassment especially if you have guests in your villa, we will be happy to email you copies of these bills as we receive them. Original copies are always available on file at our office.
